Returns and Refunds

30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

How to request a return

Email support@beezizac.com with your order number and the reason for your return. For a defective or incorrect item, please describe the issue and include photos if available. We will provide return instructions and the return address after approving your request. Please contact us before sending any items back.

Return shipping costs

Beezizac covers return shipping costs for quality issues or items sent in error. For returns for personal reasons, including a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
